90 Centigrade PVA Yarn
1．The zero twist yarn is made from 90 centigrade PVA yarn and cotton yarn.
The towel made from zero twist yarn will dissolve the PVA yarn after the process of water;
it will make the cotton yarn untwist and become fluffy same as the cut pile towel, but it
has avoid the shortcoming of cut pile towel, such as easy dropping lint. This kind of towel
is feeling much better, softer and better water imbibitions.
2．The zero twist yarn which made with 90 centigrade PVA yarn can be used to produce the
bump towel. Since the 90 centigrade PVA yarn has the contractile (contract in 60-70
centigrade) and can be cut pile. The detail process of production is followed.
3． the factory can use 90 centigrade PVA yarn and cotton yarn to produce a high- combed
zero twisted yarn, which is used in the production of high-grade shirting fabric. To improve
cotton fabric wrinkling, and increase the permeability of cotton fabric, softness and
sagging sense.
4．Because the shrinkage of 90 centigrade PVA yarns, pva yarn can be used for shrink water
velvet sleeve that was applied to the production printing equipment. Due to pva yarn’s
contraction in water, so that the printing equipment was hold close together with the shrink
water velvet sleeves. It solved the troubles caused by ordinary water velvet sets come off
easily or loose.
5．the using in socks separation: in the manufacturing process of socks, pva yarn can be
used in the separation of each sock. During the dyeing process of the finished product, the
PVA yarn could be easily dissolved in plain hot water without any chemical additives which
can save the cost of artificial separation.
6．The Counts which are More than Ne100S 90 centigrade pva yarn can be blended with cotton,
bamboo fiber, modal, and increase the fiber spin ability, to increase its spinning count, so
that these fibers can go to the 80S - 100S, which fully reflects the characteristics of the
fiber, and to increase their added value.
7．90 centigrade pva yarn can be used for carton production. Nowadays in the carton
production, in order to increase the fracture resistance and toughness of the carton, now
many companies used DTY to increase its characteristics in the production process. The
carton is recyclable re-use, after the recovery, in the process of doing pulp, polyester
textured yarn can not be dissolved in water, thus requires a lot of manual cleaning, cause
environmental pollution. Now we use pva yarn to instead of DTY, it can increase their
fracture resistance and toughness, the recovery process of doing pulp, pva can be soluble,
which reduces labor costs and avoid environmental pollution.
8．In order to solve the problems of weaving, cloth, suture and the moving between two
sides fabric while producing non-weft industrial blanket, wefts is still needed, even though
it’s no practical effect. In this respect, PVA yarn can be used instead of insoluble weft
knitting as ordinary yarn to produce blanket base cloth, after washing and drying, shrinking
flocking, vinylon filament is dissolved in hot water and washed, then obtain the effect of
non-weft blanket, and the lap fiber will make the cloth of sufficient strength to meet the
needs of the later processing. The blanket made by this way, not only has the common
characteristics as ordinary blanket, but also has its unique properties.
