◆How to Reflecitve ?
Our reflective yarns are manufactured with films having all the glass beads.
The Role of the Glass beads is to reflect the incoming light to its original light source.This means that the glass beads act as spherical lenses and return the incoming light to the light source when the reflecting layer is set in it’s focus point.

Now ,I am showing you how to use our reflective thread for embroidery.
 
TIPS1，We suggest you to use the needle of NO.14 , which is match with our reflective thread.
TIPS2, The workers have timed the speed of the embroidery machine, then our reflective thread would not  tie off and could embroider  fluently.
TIPS3, If your fabric is soft, please use a hard paper card to put it under your fabric ,then it will help you embroider easily. After you finished your embroidery, then tear off your paper card .

 Suggestions:
1.       The speed of the machine it depend on the material and the thickness of  fabric .Thick fabric and thin fabric is different. The fit speed is the perfect speed.
2.       If your fabric is too thin ,please use  a hard paper card to put it under your fabric.
3.       Regarding the No. of the needle,if No.14 is not fit for you .Please try to use NO.16 to try.
4.       We have a new packing of reflective thread to avoid the thread to tie a knot. Because of the previous’s  packing is the spool vertical to the ground, so ,it is more easier to tie a knot then the H spool. When Reflective thread was packing by H spool,means that put the spool parallel to the floor or your machies. Please kindly check the attachment for the video for your refer. You could check our H spool carefully and would found out the middle of spool have a hope , then slip the spool ,it will not easy to stick together. It would help you to embroider reflective thread. This packing is small ,about 400Meters per roll ,and the length of spool is :5 CM. And the Dia. Of spool is about 3.5CM,if you need this packing ,we could send you one roll for free. But don’t inclue the freight cost .Hope you could understanding.
We have  researched a new products of reflective yarn,it is water soluable thread wrapped with reflecitve yarn make the thread could be sewing ,after it be washed ,then the water solucable thread will dissolve ,and remain the reflective yarn ,make the thread very bright .Hope u could be interesed in and  we could cooperate soon.

To improve sewability, you may apply lubricant oil spray without affecting the reflective brightness.
